David and Kimberly Morrison are a team in all things. They have been married for 28 years and have 2 grown daughters. Kim is Dr. Morrison’s technician helping him screen patients. This collaboration allows them to provide the best care for patients and shorten wait times. In addition to standard screening exams, we have technology that allows us to image the optic nerve and retina and digitally map visual fields.
Dr. Morrison was the Division Director and Fellowship Director at Vanderbilt University before relocating to Florida in 2022. He has published over 100 papers and book chapters in Pediatric Ophthalmology and has been named an “America’s Best Doctor” By the Consumer Research Counsel each year since 2013.
In addition to being on the cutting edge of research in his field, he was running a busy clinical practice and successfully completed over 6,000 surgeries in Pediatric Ophthalmology during his 20 year tenure.
